Position Overview

Moments Made Bridal is hiring Bridal Consultants. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate individuals who love empowering women and creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Our consultants work one-on-one with brides and their groups in 90-minute appointments to help them find their dream gown.

This position starts with a base pay of $13/hour, but consultants average over $25/hour with tips and commission. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, and with our training program and supportive team, you will have all the tools you need to succeed.

As is true with most selling positions, our store experiences both busy and slower seasons. January through June is our busiest time of year, while November and December tend to be the slowest.

We also offer a clear promotional track within our sales team, with opportunities to grow into senior stylist with a higher base pay within the first two years. This position is more than a job. It is a career with lasting impact.

 

Scheduling & Availability

We are open to both full-time and part-time roles, including very limited availability:

 

Full-Time (32 to 40 hours/week)

  • Saturdays are required
  • Three additional weekdays required (store closed Wednesdays and Sundays)
  • Shifts run until close (typically 8:00 pm)

Part-Time (Flexible Options Available)

  • Open to weekday shifts as well as Saturdays (full shifts on Saturdays are mandatory)
  • We are open to Saturday-only availability
