Moments Made Bridal Return Policy

All special ordered bridal gowns are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund. 

Bridal gowns in stock at the store are eligible for the following:

  1. Exchange for another gown, color, or size. Additional shipping will be charged. 
  2. Return for in-store credit that never expires. You can use this credit in store or online.
  3. Return for a refund on your card minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

**Please note, in stock bridal gowns must be postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery. 

Temple and accessories are available for full refund minus any shipping charges onto the original payment if returned within 30 days of original purchase. All items must be in unworn, unaltered condition to be eligible for return. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund should you choose for us to provide a return label otherwise; you can ship it back to our showroom at your own cost. 

International Orders

Customers who order internationally will be responsible to pay for duties and taxes when the order arrives in their country. 

We are unable to provide any return labels for any international returns or exchanges however, if mailed back to us at your cost, we are happy to process per normal. 

Additional Things to Note 

Any gowns purchased in our showroom are final sale. No exceptions. 

Any dresses that have been altered or changed, damaged or stained in any manner will not be returnable. 

Alterations are additional and are likely required to achieve a perfect fit as our gowns are made to a standard size chart per the designer and not custom to your measurements. Common alterations include hemming for length, fine tailoring on the bodice, adding a bustle, etc. Should you need additional fabric or materials, please let us know and we can advise on availability and pricing. 

Measurements are required to process any bridal gown order. A member of our team will confirm the best size based on submitted measurements and the specific designer size chart.
